This is the official website of the “Increasing parliamentary transparency in Central and Eastern Europe” project supported by the International Visegrad Fund. The project focuses on improving availability and openness of parliamentary data in the Visegrad and Eastern European regions.

Project description: The project increases transparency and open data standards of parliaments in the Eastern countries with these specific activities: 1/ conducting a detailed survey of parliamentary transparency, 2/ defining the common data standard, 3/ developing scrappers of official parliamentary websites and an API that reorganizes the parliamentary data to the common standard, 4/ developing three specific applications on this standard and introducing them in each country where corresponding datasets exist.
